We have the experience of working on any type of fabric from leather to delicate lace, sequin, beads and other materials that overall are not easy to alter. For skirts that are too loose or tight on the waist or hips, we can quickly and effectively reduce or increase size by adjusting the side seams or the centre back seam. After a fitting with our seamstress we can also determine theperfect fit for your body shape. For a neater silhouette we taper (narrow) skirts either fully or partly. For a subtle taper we would remove excess fabric from the inside seams. We can shorten any type of hems whether your skirt has one or multiple layers, keeping the original design intact.
